I bought a floating license of pollination that can be used on multiple computers, but one at a time, but I cannot add new users to my license manager pool. How to add users to my pool so that they can retrieve the license whenever necessary?

A license can only be shared if it has been purchased under an organization account. You also need organization seats for the accounts to share the license. You can read more about it here: Manage License Pools and here The Difference between CAD Licenses and Organization Seats
