Yes exactly, exporting multiple options of the model (even parametrically) into IES would be very handy!

Sorry for the issue! Can you share your model for debugging? If you share it via a message please also include @antonellodinunzio so he can help you with debugging the process.
As a workaround, you can save the model as an ‘HBJSON’ file using the Honeybee Dump component and then open that from inside Rhino directly.
