Hi @ayezioro, we limit the number of tickets as Google meet has a limit of 100 people. But not everyone who registers, attends and we have a bunch of double registrants so I typically post the link to the meetup on Discourse.
Also you can subscribe to the Pollination Public Events Calendar. Once you click on the link, you can click on a small + at the lower right hand corner of the screen to add it to your Google calendar. The public calendar has the event link in the meeting details so you always have it accessible.
