I have created a project with using Rhino Plugin. After applying Program and Schedules I was trying to Pollinate, but it gives me this error message. Please let me know how to solve this and run simulation. I am new to Pollination.

The PO_RunSimulation command is deprecated. Try using the PO_Panel instead. See here for more information:
