User "Not Authenticated" when login into the forums

Hi all, seems the login for pollination has changed recently, and now my colleague (user name adammer) cannot log in with the message “Not authenticated” any advice here?

Hi @darren.lynch! I reply to this issue in an email to keep the information private. I believe this is happening because he has used two different emails before and after the change.
