Hi, I am trying to export my gbXML file from Revit to Tarce 3D Plus for energy modeling. All the doors and apertures are in the list, but I can’t see them in the imported file.

Welcome to the forum! Can you see them here?
If that is the case, then you may want to reach out to TRACE team. It is probably a limitation of their gbXML importer.
From what I can see in their warning message, it might be happening because it considers the opening to be on below ground surfaces. Is that the case?

Yes, I can see them in the viewer.

Thank you for testing. In that case, there is not much that we can do. You can also test with the Pollination Rhino plugin and see if it imports correctly to double check.
We have reached out to Tarce team to help them with a direct translator, but they were not responsive. That will limit how much we will be able to help Tarce 3D Plus users.
