Usually when I export geometry and other data from Revit it is rather limited and only the information Energy simulation can use. Still, I would like to use the same model for daylight and/or CFD and therefor I need a much higher level of detail. I now wonder if there is a way to store multiple levels of detail in the same HBjson model?

The best practice is to include all the extra details as shade objects. They can be included in daylight simulation as needed. From the Revit plugin, you can add them to the model by selecting them as Faces when you try to export the model.
