License Issue/Oddity

My computer crashed last night with Rhino and Grasshopper open and when I went to restart Rhino this morning I get this error with the license.

Any ideas?

I even tried uninstalling Pollination and re-installing it, but that didn’t fix the issue.

I also noticed in Grasshopper and noticed the Pollination Model component shows the same error.

@mingbo can provide better insight here but have you tried to return the license first, and then retrieve a new license?

Hi @brentwatanabe it seems the activation data on your machine is corrupted.

Can you go to this folder: %AppData%\Roaming\pollination, and delete all ActivationLog files. After that you can restart the Rhino and reactivate the Pollination license.
