Revit/Pollination login issue

Hi, I am trying to retrieve pollination License after login in Revit but I am getting an error that says “Machine Fingerprint has changed since activation”. I don’t know how to resolve this issue. Any help will be appreciated

Hi @oahmed, this error is coming from the license server. Did you try to return the license, and then try to retrieve a new one? That should reset the activation.

If that doesn’t work, you should contact the owner of the organization, and ask them to regenerate the license pool under the license pool’s settings. That will create a whole new license for the organization.
